We accept purchase orders from schools and organizations on a daily basis.
Please email us at contact@PicoSolutions.com with the products and services you are interested in along with quantities. We will need an address and phone number for the quote.

Please indicate a due date and any restrictions on delivery on your purchase order.
RETURN POLICY (UPDATED JANUARY 13, 2020)
If you buy any kit from PicoSolutions Inc. and all subsidiaries and affiliated organizations, you may return it within 15 days since the day on which you placed your order(s) for a partial refund. Please contact us first to obtain a RMA, then package up all the parts and mail them back to us in the same condition they were sent in:

We must receive this within 30 days from the day on which you placed your order(s) for your refund. When we receive the returned item, we will reimburse your credit card as quickly as possible after performing an audit to ensure it was returned in the “same condition” sent.
Refunds are for the cost of the materials only; we do not refund shipping charges. If any component is defective, you have the option of just returning that component and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
Note: For all orders over $100.00, we charge a 25% restocking fee.
Claims for broken or missing parts must be made within 3 business days upon receiving your order. We will replace them free of charge, but after 3 business days, you will be charged shipping and handling for replacement components.
6 Month Return Policy: 50% of purchase price minus shipping costs.
ORDER CANCElLATION POLICY (UPDATED JULY 20, 2017)
Once an order has been accepted by PicoSolutions and it has been processed, a cancellation fee of 25% restock price will be charged if it is for a Made to Order Item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS CUSTOMS
Please check with customs after 10 business days in which you receive your shipment notification. If you do not claim your package in person or by phone within 30-45 days, it will be shipped back to us. We will not charge a restocking fee, but will have to charge for a reshipment fee. If we receive the package back after 30 days, we will ship it back out as soon as receiving payment for the reshipment. No refunds will be issued for returned shipments received after 45 days of shipping.
This site does not provide any of your personal information to any outside marketing entity. Information is only disclosed to entities involved in fulfilling your order, such as the credit card processing company. All fax transmissions are shredded after processing for security.
Your contact information will remain private and undisclosed. We will only send you emails to give company updates, special offers, or a thank you.
Unless absolutely necessary, we would prefer not to take your credit card number over the phone for your safety.
